We were a little bit worried about starting a new life in a different country, in a totally different environment.  I was expecting a very formal welcome, but to be honest, the way you invited us to Australia is really appreciated. You have a warm, polite, gentle and lovely personality so that we felt you as a family member more than an employer.
We are expressing our sincere thanks for all the efforts you took, in order to make our big move, feel less stressful. We consider the time you have spent with us was very valuable and important. You helped and reassured both of us. I am so delighted to say that I never get such a warm and well organised introduction from any of the places I have worked before.
