HEALTHX REGISTERED NURSE

Specialising in Aged Care, this Registered Nurse of over eight years have been working in the UK for the last four months. With an exceptional reference from her Director of Care, she is a caring and diligent worker who performs her duties to a high standard. A resourceful, adaptable and self-directed individual, this nurse has the ability to handle even the most challenging of situations. She has also undertaken courses in Elder Abuse, Infection Control, Dementia, Fire, Safety & Evacuation, Physical Restraints for Elder People in Residential Care and CPR.

HEALTHX REGISTERED NURSE

A registered practitioner for over 13 years, specialising in aged care in the UK for nine years, this nurse is currently working as a Deputy Team Manager where she is responsible for over 40 staff. She has been described by her Director as honest, hardworking and reliable person. She has vast management experience including dealing with care inspectors, care managers and multidisciplinary team.

HEALTHX REGISTERED NURSE

With 10 years’ experience in the aged care sector, this nurse has completed two years as the CNM for a substantial facility in the UK. His experience has allowed him to guide and support his colleagues. He has outstanding communications skills and a good disposition - residents, families and peers enjoy working with him.

HEALTHX REGISTERED NURSE

Presently working in Ireland as Staff Nurse within a facility of 100 residents, she is a dedicated and dynamic professional, qualified with a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with 11 years’ experience in nursing. Overall, six years’ experience as a Staff Nurse in Ireland in elderly care.

How do I become a HealthX nurse?

Send your resume to the HealthX team at healthx@healthx.com.au and we will contact you to discuss your CV should there be any suitable positions.

What qualifications do I need to be considered for the position of HealthX nurse?

You need to be AHPRA Registered and hold the qualifications of a Registered Nurse.

Will I be able to choose where I work?

The largest shortage of Registered Nurses is rural and regional Australia. We will work with you to match your skill sets with available vacancies.

What support will be given for relocation?

We provide what we call a ‘soft-landing’ for all our nurses. From the moment you have secured employment with HealthX, we will offer our assistance with helping you settle into your new environment. We assist our nurses with everything they require in order to settle in; from accommodation, banking, schooling options and employment for their partners.

Frequently asked questions for facilities 

How do we interview a HealthX nurse?

HealthX nurses are firstly scoped and interviewed by our professional team. They have a minimum of five years’ experience in aged care, previous experience in acute care, AHPRA registered, visa approved and ACFI educated. Once the nurse passes the initial HealthX interview, our team will set up a skype interview for you and a selected nurses – the final choice is then up to you.

How is the nurse paid?

HealthX manages the payment of salary, workers compensation, superannuation and professional indemnity insurance.

What happens if the nurse needs training?

Our services do not end when your nurse arrives at your facility. HealthX Nurses will be continually mentored by our team. We will support them with ongoing clinical mentoring, training and development, 24/7 support and a two year nurse guarantee.

What support will be given to the nurse to support them in a new area?
